There was just a thread on this like two days ago, search for it
Seriously haha, thank you
Thread titled "LA Development and REPE firms"
Interviewed this past year for an associate role in the DC office. Really liked the guys, very chill and smart group. A lot of respect for the platform and have had good fundraising track record. Hours were middle of the fair way, comp was on the higher end of RE. Enjoyed the interview prcoess
Do you remember what the comp was? What kind of stuff were you asked in your interview? Have an interview coming up with them for analyst out of undergrad

Learn moreHow would you know what the hours are based on the interview? You would have no clue til you actually start working.
Comp is not on the higher end for RE - they have been playing catch up big time (at least they were last year). This sounds a lot like a shill
What can be expected for comp?
Did you get offer?
Feel like they continue to recruit over the past 2 years at the associate level. I know they are in growth mode but what are folks thoughts towards feeling like a cog in the machine if they have 5 new associates in LA for example? Would gladly be a cog in the machine at a Blackstone but feel like Artemis is a smaller shop. Interested to hear peoples opinions…
Analyst 1 comp is 70k + 55k bonus. Just received offer. Seems very under market so going to decline most likely.
Which office was this for?
Don't want to say but was told it was roughly the same for all their offices
The name is worth it fyi
Really? What's their current reputation within in the industry right now?
Base is low, but that all in is great for an analyst 1, if the bonus is legit
