Blackstone PE 2024 SA Process

Hey guys, just wanted to create a thread for tips/ experiences with Blackstone 's PE group. Just got a first round (post-pymetrics interview), says it's supposed to be a 15-minute call. Anyone know what to expect? I've heard that sometimes it's just a full on paper LBO , but I'm not sure either. Any tips would be appreciated! Also feel free to use this thread to connect with others that are also going through the process--would be nice to keep each other updated to see the timeline
