Friend got me my JPM offer
Hey everyone, recently I received my JPM offer without ever having talked to the firm. I go to a target but decided to pursue investment banking very recently so my behavorials/technicals aren't great. So I have a friend who looks a lot like me, where you couldn't tell a difference unless you were trying to. I paid my friend 3k to do my hirevue and superday , contingent on him getting me an offer. I didn't come on here to boast, but to say it's possible to get into IB by manipulating the whole process. I wish you monkeys the best with your recruiting.

Congrats bud! Hard work pays off!
What job did your friend get?
They're doing PE at Insight Partners next summer . They're a year above me.
Good job on big mouthing the firm name of the person who you paid to impersonate you. Can tell why you had to pay $3K for the job and couldn't do it yourself😭
If this isn't a troll post, then for the sake of not getting identified I'd remove the company name.
I said "target school". They've given out like 20 offers already, I'm chilling
Ethics and morals out the window lmdao.
just diverse candidates doing diverse tings
This is BB investment banking. Now pay your unemployed non target friend the base salary to do the job for you while you clip the end year bonus without doing any work. Pure arbitrage .
Only downside is it's JPM so the end year bonus might be ~15k but the hourly rate will be great.
This has to be a troll. When you do the background check you'll have to use your ID, when you set up Teams/VPN accounts you'll have to use your ID, etc. the list goes on.
If you're being serious you're going to get blacklisted from the industry if you continue and there very well may be legal consequences as well. Drop out or renege your offer before it's too late.

If this is true, you better get your buddy a nice bottle of something. Especially before you get fired for being unable to do the job.
Our firm will be investigating. We record all hirevue sessions, and will be comparing faces.
This is awesome if true but I would delete
