LOMS. How helpful is it really?

I've done about 35 cases so far and I'm comfortable where I am but want to improve. This is the most important increment in improvement for me - going from good enough to ace. I heard LOMS (look over my shoulder) does exactly that from a couple of consultants. They're extremely positive about it.

I am almost broke at this point so will have to ration many "necessary" things to get this program. Just unsure if it's actually going to pay off. Thoughts?
