I got deep into an interview process with them. So I can't comment on the actual environment there, but the feelings I go from going through several rounds.
I found the people I interviewed with smart and intelligent, if a little stuffy.
They said they were not big on FaceTime, as long as you got your work done and met expected billing guide posts.
The pay scale they showed me looked really lucrative, but it's a very much eat what you kill scale. Meaning that if you are adept at business development and can bring in mandates, you're going to easily make 7 figures.
But if you are more used to a BB atmosphere and rely on being able to win deals just based on your bank's prestige, you could get smoked and run out of town in a few years.
They were also slow in setting up the next rounds, and I find places that are unorganized during the interview process tend to be unorganized as a company.

How open is the firm to hiring junior resources with RX adjacent (e.g., stellar business transformation) backgrounds?
I know someone who used to work there. Really smart people, but it is definitely a sweatshop.
