Recruiting for PE from a Unique Boutique

Currently an analyst at a small boutique founded by rainmakers (Dyal, Incentrum, M Klein) type. Was looking to recruit for PE but haven't had any HH reach out to me. How should I approach this, and what would be potentially viable targets for recruiting given my seniors would back me up?

In same position last year and accepted on cycle offer. Those three firms have great names but you need to reach out to HHs yourself. They will be open and happy to chat.
