Rothschilds Rx team in the states is one of the best groups at the firm. Very good culture, as good of a WLB as can be given how busy the current Rx world is. Base Compensation close to or in line with other EB's. Bonuses were alright this past year.

They're def not like your PJT / HL / EVR but are still competitive in the space. Exits are decent.
