Rothschild Healthcare LA Office Landscape

Folks,

Can we please share some perspectives about the healthcare group in LA?

Are they mostly doing M&A deals? How is the deal flow like? What are some exit opportunities instances?

What is the comp structure? Are they "face-time" culture? I appreciate everyone in advance.

Also very curious. I could be wrong, but it sounds like the LA healthcare team is either new or quite small. I know Roths LA is very tech focused.

Based on what I heard from a buddy who works at the NY office, sounds like it's a relatively new team that was branched out from New York. He works at a different industry group so not as close to the situation but don't think there's more than a handful of people on that team

Thank you 🙏

That being said since it's a boutique bank, pretty sure they mostly focus on M&A. There's anecdotes all over WSO about their NY team having good culture but not sure if it translates to other offices. Exit ops would be fine and comparable to the upper MMs

Thank you for your inputs. I appreciate your time
