Met a few guys from there before - thought they were pretty good. PE FoF - strictly PE (and VC I believe), no other asset class. Have long-standing investing history with different GPs, and from what I understand, have grown conservatively and supposedly they try to limit the number of GPs' funds they invest in for each of their own funds to prevent indexing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fund_of_funds (the list is dated though)

Besides London, I think they also have some sort of JV relationship with a Japanese investment firm. I don't know how strong they are in investing in Asian funds - but I'm guessing they probably focus less on Asia than they do US, and Europe. I think they generally stick to fund investing, but may be open to co-investments.

I haven't met their analysts though - so I don't know what the work exp is like there. I imagine it's like what an analyst's role in your typical FoF is like.
