What are the travel destinations usually for management consultants?
I am a high school student who is interested in management consulting . Ive heard a lot about the traveling for management consultants. I heard that the flying can get boring quick. I'm still pretty intrigued though about the traveling. That aside, where do most management consultants travel usually? Is there a decent amount of international trips?

Hey there,
Frequency
It will depend heavily on who you work for. At Bain for example , we don't do a lot of international travel (some can happen), but the likes of McKinsey tend to do a lot more.
Destination
Wherever your client is. Whether that is on the other side of your city, the other side of the country, 2h away by train, or 3h away by plane. But the travelling can get boring because you only see: taxis, airports, taxis again, client office, taxi one more time, and then lonely hotel room to work some more. You wont really have time to do anything else, usually.
