Will Wells PE exits get better?

Incoming FT . There's been a lot of threads recently on the upward trajectory of Wells as a platform (#9 in league tables, recent senior hires, management focus, etc. etc.), but I'd really like to hear from anyone who works there or anyone in the industry about whether they see the quality of PE exits improving in the future, as they've just relatively not been on par with somewhat similar EBs and BBs .

I know that the Charlotte HQ will continue to make things difficult and that the struggles the firm has had in the past can be tough to shake, but just curious to know what thoughts are generally.

If they do get better, you wouldn't be there to see it. It takes quite a few cycles for changes to occur - reputations stick .

Unlikely, maybe with RE group to REPE . Too much IG/right side financings and corporate revolver holds heavy and don't do enough sponsor backed M&A work. Take away IG DCM and they won't be on any league tables

dumbanalyst1234 , what's your opinion? Comment below:

The type of kids who go to wells aren't the type who are MF or die. Lots of self selection
